Some tunes which I thought were French, but turn out to be from Luxemburgh around 1996 on Skunk Records. This says pay no more than $3.50. The record shop tried to sell it for $3.99. What gives? Anyway I got it for 50c

To be more precisely, these bands were from Luxemburg, a very small country squeezed inbetween Belgium, France and Germany. Their language is actually a mix of French and German.
